FROM ZURICH AIRPORT TO THE ALLEGRA LODGE HOTEL IN KLOTEN

We are located almost directly on the train platform! Kloten train station is only 100 meters away. From there, you can reach the airport in just a few minutes or Zurich Central Station in about 15 minutes.

Tickets for all public transportation can be purchased online or at the SBB ticket machines in arrival halls 1 and 2, in the check-in 3 area, or at Zurich Airport train station.

AIRPORT TAXI

Use the officially marked “Airport Taxi” vehicles, as you can pay by credit card here. Taxis are available at the exits of Arrivals 1 and 2.

PUBLIC BUS

Buses 731 (towards Kloten-Buchhalden) and 733 (towards Kloten-Graswinkel) run regularly from Zurich Airport bus station to Kloten. The journey takes around 10 to 15 minutes.

BY TRAIN FROM ZURICH AIRPORT

Trains to Kloten run regularly. From the airport, take tram 11 or 12 to Balsberg station and change there to the S7 towards Winterthur – the next stop is Kloten.

BY TRAIN FROM ZURICH CITY TO THE ALLEGRA LODGE HOTEL IN KLOTEN

By train from Zurich main station:

S7 (S-Bahn) towards Winterthur, trains run every half hour, journey time 15 minutes
Get off at Kloten station (NOT Kloten Balsberg)
Upon arrival, use the underpass on the right in the direction of travel, take the first staircase on the left, walk straight ahead for 400 meters, and you will find yourself in front of the Hotel Allegra Lodge.

By train from Messe Zürich:

Zurich-Oerlikon station (10 minutes’ walk from the exhibition center)
S7 (S-Bahn) towards Winterthur, trains run every half hour, journey time 10 minutes
Get off at Kloten station (NOT Kloten Balsberg).
After arriving, use the underpass on the right-hand side in the direction of travel, take the first staircase on the left, walk straight ahead for 400 meters, and you will find yourself in front of the Hotel Allegra Lodge.

BY CAR TO THE ALLEGRA LODGE HOTEL IN KLOTEN

Take the A1 motorway from Zurich towards the airport.
Take the Glattbrugg/Kloten exit (approx. 900 m drive from the motorway exit).
Turn right at the traffic lights towards Kloten.
Cross two more traffic lights in the direction of travel.
Turn right at the third traffic lights and follow the signs.

Paid parking spaces are available in the underground car park or around the hotel. Please only use green-marked parking spaces. A dedicated charging station for electric cars is available to our guests for a fee.
